Our Story

We have been developing and expanding our experienced team since 2011. Largely made up of former or serving Fire Officers we each understand first-hand the devastating consequences of fire. How building owners and managers can better govern fire safety, prevent fires, and improve fire resilience and business continuity.

Based in Rayleigh much of our work is in this area of Essex. We cover an area from Southend, Westcliff, Langdon Hills, and other parts of Essex, to outer northeast London, Kent, Norfolk, and the home counties.

Registered Fire Risk Assessors with the Institute of Fire Prevention Officers (IFPO) as Full Commercial Assessors and on the FSF national register, operating in buildings up to 18 meters tall.

We have extensive experience within more complex premises, hospitals, health centers, residential care homes, schools/colleges, offices, HMO’s low-rise, and general-purpose residential blocks, and advise new business start-up enterprises.
